27simn管材的特性好于30Mn2鋼，切削性能比較高，在水里臨界值淬透孔徑達8mm-22mm，可車削性優良，加工硬化可塑性及焊接性能中等水平。此外，鋼在熱處理工藝時延展性降低很少，但但有非常高的強度耐磨性能，尤其是水淬后仍有較高的延展性。可是此鋼對小白點敏感度大，熱處理工藝時會回火脆性趨向及超溫敏感度。27simn無縫鋼管主要是在熱處理狀況下應用，用于制作規定高耐磨和耐磨性能熱五金沖壓件；還可在淬火或熱扎供貨狀況下應用，如拖拉機的履帶式銷等。 |
